1.     How to Download Smart Savana App?

You can download Smart Savana App from Google Play Store or Scan QR Code (available at Guard and Notice Board). You can also request the Link from Your Tower EM.

 

2.     Do I install it on Apple Phone?

Yes, we will release the Apple App on or before 15th March 2021 as per the current plan.

 

3.     Why I do need to Provide Mobile Number to access the App?

Smart Savana App uses Mobile Number to authenticate and verify corresponding Flats and Occupancy status in society. SWA would have complete control, govern & regulate the usage of Data.

 

4.     How to add a Family Member?

Register or Primary members can add/delete their family members to provide App access to them.

 

5.     How to add Maids/ (Domestic Helpers) to get Gate/Tower Alerts and more?

You can add Maids/domestic helpers with the option Add Helper. You need a helper’s ID card number to add this. This will ensure secure access for Helpers.

 

6.     Why I am getting Notifications on the App?

 All the informational messages will be sent to the Primary Member and one Family member of your selection.

 

7.     Can I install App on multiple devices with the same Number?

No, you can use the App on a single device at a time. Other family members can access with separate mobile numbers added under Add Family option.

 

8.     Is my Data being secure?

The app is not collecting any data from your device. SWA would have complete control, govern & regulate the usage of Data.

 

9.     Why I am getting Messages for the Vendor or visitor entry which does not belong to me?

This may happen because sometimes Guard/visitors at the gate enter/declare wrong information. For such entries, you can simply ignore or mark them as a wrong entry from the My Visitor's option. It will control once tower Guards will have equipped with Devices.
